And that's a wrap. Make sure you check back for our liveblogging of the rest of the show's press conferences. Of course we also have tons of hands-on time and impressions coming over the next three days. All told we have more than 60 appointments, each with multiple games to check out.
Also we will be interviewing several big names, one-on-one, including Shigeru Miyamoto and Peter Moore. Stay tuned.

They told us last night that the long pause for auto-save will be fixed before the game is released.

They're wrapping up this truly impressive press conference with a chunck of last night's Killzone trailer. It is all real-time and not pre-rendered. They told me last night that today's presentation wouldn't be nearly as long as light nights. Still very impressive though.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is coming to the PSN this holiday and will feature online support.
Wow, damn, the trailer is showing inside the car... you can actually see the driver now.
It really does look like you're watching live racing, the tracks are just gorgeous.

Sucker Punch is bringing a game to the PS3 that allows you to play as a super hero or anti-hero. The game is called Infamous.
It's got a very gritty look to it. Very GTA meets GRAW. It looks like you play as a super-powered guy who can use his powers for good or for evil.

Phil's Ratchet outfit in Home. Phil's a .... furry?

LittleBigPlanet is shown on screen, including tons of new constructibles and loads of new items. Looks even better and more vibrant than before.

Heavenly Sword was just shown, touting the game's animation and graphics. It looks hot. NBA 08 from Sony is being demoed. Weekly updates from the NBA are planned.

Now a look at Folk Lore. I just love everything I've seen about this game so far.
I don't know which I like more about the game, its unique look or the gameplay mechanics, which are really neat.

Harrison is on stage, and in Home, to show us more of Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction.
Harrison is wearing a rubber Ratchet suit... in Home.

Hideo will play a demo of the game in Tokyo next week at the anniversary celebration. "It will look a little crazy and I think you will like it and I hope everyone can come to Tokyo next week."
I know Ash is going to be there.

Jack mentions one more time that Metal Gear Solid 4 is PS3 exclusive and Kojima follows up with another assurance that everything we've seen is real time.

Vamp returns the favor as he dances all over Raiden's chest, after some sweet pommel horse kung fu. This is an epic fight. Raiden stabs himself through the gut to get out of a headlock. Simultaneous worldwide release!!!

Wow, that was a visually impressive game, and you could tell that it really was from the in-game engine. It wasn't so good to make you think it was a movie. The game actually gave me chills, I shit you not.
The game, when it hits, will have a worldwide release..."very soon."

Metal Gear bipeds land in the soldier camp. Snake's assignment is to kill Liquid Snake. Lots of exposition in the MGS tradition. "I'm just no killer. Hired to do some wet work" says Snake. Still no PS3 logo in the credits. There's Raiden versus Vamp in an awesome awesome swordfight. Raiden takes out theMetal Gear. OH SHIT! Shoe blades! Raiden just step stabbed the stuffing out of Vamp.

Kojima onstage!
